CodX PostOffice is a modular system consisting of software and hardware components designed for the optimal support of the operative and administrative activities of a mail service provider.
CodX PostOffice can be used in different variants and options for different
industries.
For operative activities, modules and equipment are available which support the
collection of dispatch data. Here, manual or partially automatic collection units are used along with
interfaces for the most important
sorting machines.
The system supports several different variants during production. Thus, different collection concepts (early collection / late collection), manual or machine collection and sorting can also be used in mixed forms.
This way, the system adapts exactly to your process and can grow at the same time with the dispatch volume.
The software consisting of several
modules covers the indiviual needs of each user. The modules can be adjusted to the appropriate application by the assignment of user rights .
For administrative activities, modules for
order processing, invoicing, employee administration, research, district administration, route planning, etc. are available.
In cooperation with delivery partners, data can be exchanged automatically and electronically. Thus, duplicate entry among delivery partners is avoided.
The system can be used by the sorting center and also at all branch offices. The software is optimized so that it is possible to access via Internet/VPN.
CodX PostOffice is available in different
license models. Thus, we offer solutions for mail services with dispatch quantities of a few thousands up to a few hundred thousand dispatches per day. The system and the license model adapt to the
growth and offer the optimal configuration for each stage of development.
