Employees are also managed by CodX PostOffice. Thus, for example, a dispatch-related payment is made to a deliverer. Even complex remuneration models can be mapped by CodX PostOffice.  

Tracking returns takes place easily and efficiently through CodX PostOffice support. Information about shipments or from readdressing databases is made available quickly with the press of a button. 

Orders are created automatically by CodX PostOffice. Even recurring services are automatically taken into consideration.  

Invoices are created automatically in defined invoicing procedures. Thus, shipment-related services (such as delivery) as well as services that are not shipment-related (such as emptying of PO boxes) can be billed with ease and efficiency.

CodX PostOffice offers interfaces with large suppliers (such as LetterShops), whereby dispatch data can be read in electronically. Thus, the dispatches can be produced optimally based on the delivery conditions. Entering dispatches will thus be optimized or even not necessary!

With CodX PostOffice, you can easily exchange data with cooperation partners. Thus, the dispatch exchange process is optimized. The duplicate entry of dispatches then becomes obsolete.
