At the same time, the system determines the weight and format for the dispatch and, alternatively, also the recipient address. Thus, the costs incurred can be precisely calculated or analyzed on a cost center, department or even employee level. 
By entering the recipient address, the postage costs can be decreased. Thus, the optimal delivery service provider can be selected for each recipient and the dispatch can be sorted automatically.

 

In-house post (IHP) is also entered manually or using a machine and the resulting costs are charged to the sender. In addition, routing information that is important for the delivery is also provided automatically. This way, individual dispatches, mass dispatches (such as circulars, pay slips, etc.) and hanging folders or boxes can be used.

 

Because every dispatch, whether it is an EOP, EIP or IHP, is entered individually into the system, the system is optimal for shipments of insured goods or delicate shipments.
