The unaddressed delivery is supported by CodX PostOffice in the area of delivery organization and from the offer up until the invoicing of the service.
In CodX PostOffice, the delivery area is entered accordingly. In addition to the actual geographical information (city, road, house address, etc.) other information can be saved. Thus, for example, areas can be divided into categories (for example, single-family house, quarter, etc.) or information related to the delivery (such as "Please no ads") can be stored.
Based on this information, delivery locations can be selected automatically or manually. On this basis, CodX PostOffice produces the appropriate offer at the click of a button. These offers can, of course, be revised, rejected, or turned into an order.
Orders can also be automatically transferred from an external system or from cooperation partners.
On the basis of the offers, CodX PostOffice creates customer invoices.
The delivery is supported by the logistics information of CodX PostOffice. The dispatch-based deliverer accounting is done automatically in CodX PostOffice.
